This is our Tosai House which became fully operational in January 2007. (Still awaiting
some finishing touches!) This is where our tosai, or one year old koi, are grown
on over the winter months. Inside we have six tanks holding 2200 gallons of water
each. The building itself is 27 metres long by 5.8 metres wide and is a steel framed
building constructed using fully insulated panels. Heating is provided by an oil
fired boiler and temperatures maintained at between 23 -
